At Origin Coffee, we strive for perfection in every roast, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for brewing equipment and a freshness guarantee for our beans. Please note that opened bags of roasted coffee cannot be returned due to food safety regulations, but we will gladly offer a replacement or credit if the quality is not up to our standards.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Place the unused equipment or sealed coffee bags in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
- 3.Ship to Origin
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Refund or Credit
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
